Ordered thousands of $ worth of furniture and when it came to delivery service, they were the worst. Order was not checked prior to arrival and when they arrived, they didn't complete assembling the furniture due to lack of required hardware.

I have a whole bed furniture that were left all around my bedroom. They provided no timeframe for when they would be back. The delivery was at 11am and it is now 8pm.

After calling customer service and being notified that an "emergency delivery" team would be arriving at an unknown timeframe. Im completely baffaled by NFM and their delievery third party teams.
