I remember when Mrs B was still zipping around the Omaha store. The last few times we have been into NFM the service staff has been just terrible in the TV and electronics area.
Check out Sears and Best Buy across the street with equal pricing, no lines at the warehouse to pick up merchandise, and great customer service which no longer exists at Nebraska Furniture Mart.
The store has now lost three sales that exceed $2000 in value due to lack of service or effort to help Similar feedback from other who have experienced the same. Mrs B is watching!
