And by the way want ever shop at nfm ever again this company has problems you can just tell cant follow instruction delivery team I don’t think they can read and there customer service skills need to be updated I am pissed and out of 2,000 dollars for my trip to my mother’s funeral

This is what happen I missed a flight to my mothers funeral messing with this nfm I was told one thing and lied to and I don’t appreciate what they did to me my flight was for 11-7-18
