bought an entire house full of furniture, Bought a sectional with electric chaise. the chaise won't work, tried to get it fixed through the guardsman warranty .

We got insane run around from guardsman. Went in physically to Nebraska FM, asked for Manager, They did virtually zero except explain how they have no responsibility for guardsman. They PUSH guardsman warranty the sell it they recommend it. They need to take responsibility when the plan they sell does not take care of what they are supposed to.

I am sure NFM makes money on the over $500 policy they recommend. They are not honorable , beware of NFM
