Bought furniture and within1 year they broke down. Purchased Guardsman for the furniture.
takes months and months to get them out and will take over 6 months to even come and make an effort to repair a $10 item!! NEVER experienced passing the buck more than with NFM or Guardsman. NFM took our money for the protection and now will do nothing to assist. It is absolute stealing...your "system" is BROKE beyond repair.
Seriously it took 3 months AFTER the claim before someone came out and another month or more (still not sure) to even order the part which could take 8 weeks to arrive and THEN we get to call service to schedule someone to install it!!
REALLY..that's the best you can do?? If so, try another business PLEASE!!
