If a certain brand of refrigerator comes into the warehouse with cosmetic issues from the manufacturer, why does NFM continue purchasing this brand & delivering to customers?Then make it to look like the customer is being picky because there are dents in them & want one that doesn’t look that way.

I got a call today from the delivery driver that they were on the way, but the replacement one had a dent in it & asked if I still wanted it. What do you think?!

This was personally inspected by me in the warehouse a week ago & looked great!What happened?
