At 50 I made my first ever Black Friday purchase at NFM, a couch. I was told I had purchased the last of 20 but it was out of stock for pick up until Nov 30th, which was fine.
I received a call this morning that the salesman was not suppose to sell the item out of stock and I would have to pay an extra $151.00 if I wanted the couch! I have the receipt. NFM debited my account and that should be the end of it!
Unfortunately after telling a manager this was unacceptable, he replied, " I will refund your account as soon as I hang up the phone". Still UNACCEPTABLE!
